The Promotion is subject to these official rules (the “Official Rules”), and by entering, Entrant (defined below) agrees to be bound by them and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. A maximum of one (1) Entry per each daily Entry Period during the Promotion Period will be accepted. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void. For purposes of this Promotion, a “day” begins at 12:01 a.m. AEDT and ends at 11:59 p.m. AEDT.? The ARV is subject to change based upon current market conditions at the time of Prize fulfillment. Any difference between the ARV and the actual value, if any, will not be awarded. All Prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If for any reason a Prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Promotion in its sole discretion and award a substitute prize, or portion of a prize, of comparable or greater value as set forth in these Official Rules. No substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent of a prize, or any portion thereof, is permitted by a winner. The Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or obligation to a winner who is unable or unavailable to, or who does not for any reason, accept or utilize a Prize.
The value of a Prize will be taxable to the winner as income. WINNER SELECTION:?Sponsor will randomly select winners per each Entry Period, for a total of twenty-four (24) Entry Periods during the entire Promotion Period. The random selection will be conducted within 24 hours of the end of each Entry Period from all eligible entries received during that Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Entrants need not to be present for the drawing to win. Non-winning entries from each Entry Period will not carry forward nor be included in subsequent Entry Periods of this Promotion. Non-winning entries at the end of the entire Promotion Period will not carry forward to or be included in any subsequent promotion of Sponsor.
PRIZE NOTIFICATION AND DELIVERY:?Sponsor will notify each potential winner by email message within 72 hours from the winner announcement. Within five (5) days of the Sponsor’s notification, winners must supply any requested information for the administration of the Promotion including if required a signed statement of eligibility and prize/publicity release and correct ship-to address (if applicable) within the Australia only. Sponsor is responsible for shipping costs of Prize(s). Potential winners are subject to verification, including verification of age. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible as determined by Sponsor, fails to comply with these Official Rules, fails to respond to the notification within the required time period, fails to provide the requested information, fails to comply with Sponsor’s Terms of Use or the Sponsor’s instructions, or if the prize or notification is returned as undeliverable, he/she forfeits the applicable Prize.
