This Schedule sets out the details of the WIN A BEAUTY HAMPER. The Schedule must be read together with the Terms and Conditions of Entry (which follow this Schedule).

Eligible Persons
An individual is an Eligible Person if they are:
An Australian resident; and
who make a valid Myer purchase during the Promotional Period; and
either register their Myer one details at the time of purchase; or
register their details including participating purchase via the online entry page.
Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter who are directly involved in the management of the Promotion (and their Immediate Families) or of the agencies or organisations associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate Families means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.
Verification Requirements
Entrants must retain their point of sale receipt as proof of their purchase for each entry made. Winners will be required to show their proof of purchase prior to a prize being awarded. The proof of purchase will be used to verify that the product featured in the Winner’s entry is a Participating Product.
Winners will also be required to verify their identity and provide proof of age.
Entry Procedure
Spend $100 or more in a single transaction (after sales and discounts) on a participating beauty product from Myer; and
At the time of purchase present a valid Myer one Card to the Myer team member processing the sale.
Eligible participants will be automatically entered into the draw;
Non Myer one members can register into the draw via the Myer website – www.myer.com.au using their receipt number and provide contact details.
MYER one Requirements
All entries are registered to the primary MYER one Member account, including those purchases made by a MYER one secondary cardholder.
Entrants must ensure that their MYER one contact details are complete and accurate prior to the Promotion Period. Myer may exclude an entry that has incomplete or inaccurate contact information.
Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time the MYER one card is scanned (or when the online transaction is complete and the entrant’s MYER one Member Number has been correctly provided through the transaction process). The MYER one system must record an entrant’s MYER one Member number and details in order for an entrant to receive an entry into the Draw, however, the Promoter takes no responsibility for late or lost entries, or where a person’s MYER one Member details are not received correctly as a result of computer, technical or human error.
At the time of the Prize draw there must be at least one valid sale transaction (returns made will be netted off from sales) made during the Promotion Period registered against the MYER one Member’s account in order for the MYER one Member to be eligible to claim the Prize.
Non MYER one Requirements
Eligible Participants must ensure that their contact details are entered complete and accurate. Myer may exclude an entry that has incomplete or inaccurate contact information.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for late or lost entries, or where details are not received correctly as a result of computer, technical or human error.
At the time of the Prize draw there must be at least one valid sale transaction (returns made will be netted off from sales) made during the Promotion Period registered to entrant in order for the customer to be eligible to claim the Prize.

Any beauty product purchase during the Promotion Period at any Myer store or online via the Myer website.
Entry Restrictions
Purchases made via lay-by, corporate purchases, gift card purchases are ineligible.
Total Number of Entries for Promotion
One entry per valid transaction.
Maximum Number of Entries per Entrant
Multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry is valid, and is associated with a separate qualifying transaction in relation to the purchase of a Participating Product.
Social Networking Site or Myer Site

Any content submitted to the site, including comments, links or Entry Materials (Content) must not be discriminatory, offensive, obscene, indecent or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate (including but not limited to, Content involving nudity, malice, violence or swearing, or which could constitute any form of bullying) or contravene any law, infringe the rights of any person or be potentially defamatory.
Entrants must have the permission of the person/s appearing in the Content:(i)to submit it to this site, and (ii) for them and their image or likeness to be subject to these terms, including use by Myer and Myer’s Privacy Policy.
Entrants must have the right to submit the Content (including rights relating to copyright); the Content must be their own original creation; and they unconditionally and irrevocably consent to any act or omission which might infringe any moral rights they may have in the Content (as defined in the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth)).
Myer may copy, reproduce, publish, display, alter, or distort the Content, and use it for any purpose, (including without limitation, any future promotions or campaigns involving Myer) at any time in the future, and via any media.

Publication Dates
Details of winners will be published online via Myer.com.au no later then Monday 13th August, 2018.
Prize Claim Date
Prizes will be mailed to individual Winners, once validated, within 28 days of the draw.
Claim Instructions
The Prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated address.
Myer Gift Card must be activated in accordance with Myer Gift Card Terms and Conditions.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If any Prize remains unclaimed or unallocated because of incorrect, inaccurate or inactive MYER one Program account at the Prize Claim Date, the Promoter, with approval from participating gaming authorities, will conduct a second chance draw to award any unclaimed Prize/s as follows:

The Winner in the second chance draw will be notified by telephone and in writing by Wednesday 14 October 2018 and the name and locality of the winner will be published on the Myer website on Friday 16 October 2018. In the case of an expired product, the Winner will forfeit the portion of the Prize and no compensation will be paid in lieu.
Safety
The Winner accepts the Prize at their own risk. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. Domestic travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including state and local government websites.
Privacy
By entering the competition, the winner consents to being contacted in connection of this competition from the Promoter. Personal information will used in line with the Myer Privacy Policy and for the purposes of facilitating this competition.
