WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is only open to residents of Australia, who are current or new members of the Elle Inner Circle during the Promotional period. Entrants under the age of 18 years must have prior parental or legal guardian consent to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion commences 9:00am AEST on 23 June 2014, and closes at 9:00am, AEST on 21 July 2014 (“Promotional Period”). The judging will be done by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The judging will begin on the 25th July 2013 at the Promoter’s premises, 54 Park Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The winners will be notified in writing and telephone using contact details provided in their entry.

Current Members: To enter, individuals must, visit www.elle.com.au/inner-circle, follow the prompts to the Lady Gaga promotion entry page, fill in the entry form including their full name, address, current email address, telephone number and answer to the competition question in 25 words or less “What Lady Gaga song is your favourite and why?” and tick the box to confirm that you are a current Elle inner Circle member and submit the entry as instructed.
New Members: To enter, individuals must, visit www.elle.com.au/inner-circle, follow the prompts to the Lady Gaga promotion entry page, fill in the entry form including their full name, address, current email address, telephone number and answer to the competition question in 25 words or less “What Lady Gaga song is your favourite and why?” and tick the box to become a ELLE Inner Circle member and submit the entry as instructed.
Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
PRIZES:
12. Entries will be divided into the following State/Territory groups: NSW/ACT, VIC/TAS, QLD/NT, SA/WA (as per the entrant’s address details) and entries in each group will be judged separately. There will be six (6) winners per State/Territory group.
The best (6) valid entries, as determined by the judges in the NSW/ACT group, will each win one (1) x P1 seated double pass to the Lady Gaga Concert at Allphones Arena, Sydney on Sunday August 31 2014, valued at up to $339.80.
The best (6) valid entries, as determined by the judges in the VIC/TAS group, will each win one (1) x P1 seated double pass to the Lady Gaga Concert at Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne on Sunday August 24 2014, valued at up to $339.80
The best (6) valid entries, as determined by the judges in the QLD/NT group, will each win one (1) x P1 seated double pass to the Lady Gaga Concert at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Brisbane on Tuesday August 26 2014, valued at up to $339.80
The best (6) valid entries, as determined by the judges in the SA/WA group, will each win one (1) x GA double pass to the Lady Gaga Concert at Perth Arena, Perth on Wednesday August 20 2014, valued at up to $345.30.
Total prize pool is valued at up to $8368.20 (including GST). Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included. These are the responsibility of the winner.
