How can one enter the competition?
To participate, entrants must:
- Register on 10play.com.au with details such as name, address, phone number, email, gender, and date of birth to become a 10 Play member.
- Confirm residency in Western Australia.
- State their favorite animal at the Perth Zoo. However, the chosen animal does not impact the chance of winning.
Are there any limitations on entry?
Yes.
- Entry is free, but the cost of accessing the promotional website depends on the entrant's service provider.
- Incomprehensible and incomplete entries are invalid.
- Entrants who have won a Major Prize in any Network 10 competition in the past 12 months cannot win this competition.
- Only one online entry per day per 10 Play member is allowed, and each person can have only one membership.
- Entries must be received by the end date to be considered for the prize draw.
What is the prize?
There are twenty-five major prizes. Each major prize is a family pass to the Perth Zoo, consisting of 2 adult and 2 child passes, valued at $95.60 each. The total prize value is AUD $2,390.00.
Are there any conditions or limitations related to the prize?
Yes.
- Major Prize Winners must use their family passes to the Perth Zoo by 30th June 2024 or they will be forfeited.
- Prizes will be posted within five business days of acceptance. It's the winner's responsibility to check receipt of the passes.
- Prizes are non-transferrable and may have tax implications.
- Ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prizes are the winner's responsibility.
How will the winners be notified?
The winners will be notified via phone call within two days of the draw and in writing. Their details will be published on the 10 Play website from Wednesday, 20 September 2023. Winners need to collect their prize tickets from Network 10 Reception at Level 4, 502 Hay Street, Subiaco, Perth, WA 6008.
What if the prize remains unclaimed?
If required, an unclaimed prize draw will occur on Monday, 4 December 2023 at 14:00 AEDT. The winner of the unclaimed prize will be notified by phone and in writing, and their details will be published on the 10 Play website from Wednesday, 6 December 2023.
