Who can join Telstra Plus?

Anyone who is over 18, has an active Telstra business or personal/consumer service, and has a Telstra ID can join Telstra Plus. Telstra Enterprise or Corporate accounts are excluded.

The membership year starts on the date you join and runs for 12 months.

When do Telstra Plus Points expire?

Points that haven't been redeemed will expire after 3 years.

You can use your points to purchase products and services available in the Rewards Store. Some purchases may require additional delivery fees for Silver, Member, and Business tier members.

What are the options for making monetary payments?

Monetary payments can be made using an Accepted Payment Card (online or in-store), cash (in-store only), or the Repayment Option.

What are your rights under the Australian Consumer Law?

You have consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, which include entitlements to solutions, replacements, refunds, compensation, and repairs for faulty products.

What happens if your Telstra Plus membership is suspended or ended?

If you don't have an active service or choose to leave Telstra Plus, your membership will be suspended until you sign up for another service or reactivate your membership. If your membership is suspended for 12 months, your points balance will expire. Telstra may end or suspend your membership if you misuse Telstra Plus or breach your obligations.

What happens to your points if the account holder passes away?

If the account holder passes away, a family member or person sharing the same home address can contact Telstra and claim the remaining points within 12 months.
