The 9News Melbourne Royal Show Competition is open to permanent residents of Victoria, Australia, who are aged 18 years and over. Employees, directors, management, officers, contractors of Nine Entertainment Co. Pty Ltd, the Promotion Sponsor, Prize Suppliers, and any related bodies corporate, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

Participants are allowed one entry per day, provided each entry is submitted separately and meets the entry requirements.

What are the prizes?
Each winner will receive a group pass (4 x adult tickets) to the Melbourne Royal Show, valued at $198. Tickets are administered through a redemption link where winners select their attendance date and receive digital tickets. Winners are responsible for their own travel to and from the Melbourne Royal Show.
What is the total prize pool amount?
The total prize pool for the competition is AUD $49,500.
Additional Information
The competition is a game of chance, and skill plays no part in determining the winner. There will be seven (7) draws in total, one for each night of the promotional period. Each draw will be conducted electronically by a computerized random draw at Anisimoff Legal, 3 Amy Close, Wyong NSW 2259 at 10:00 AM AEST on the next business day after each weeknight from 2 September 2024 to 9 September 2024. A total of 250 winners will be selected, with 36 winners for the first five draws and 35 winners for the final two draws. Winners will be notified by email and phone within five business days of their name being drawn. Winners must respond to the notification to claim their prize, and non-winning entries will not roll over into subsequent draws.
