1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 13 years or over. Entrants under 18 years oldmust have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrantmust read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with thispromotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, exspouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, step-sister or 1st cousin.4. Entries into the promotion open at 9am AEST on 23/09/2019 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on29/10/2019 (“Promotional Period”). All times referred to herein are AEDT, as applicable inVIC.5. To enter, individuals must visit https://winwithgolfaustralia.com.au, follow the prompts to thepromotion entry page, input the requested details (including their full name, email address,suburb and postcode) and submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period.Entrants will receive one (1) entry into the major prize draw for completing the steps outlined inthis clause (“Initial Entry”).6. Upon submitting the entry form, individuals will be notified immediately on-screen whether ornot they are an instant prize winner. Instant prize winners will receive an email from thePromoter with instructions on how to claim their prize. All non-winners of an instant prize willreceive a free 14-day trial of Kayo. Non-winners will receive an email from the Promoter withinstructions on how to claim the 14-day trial. For the removal of doubt, all valid entries received(i.e. both winners and non-winners) will be placed into the major prize draw.7. Instant prizes available to be won during the Promotional Period are as follows:• 20 x 3-month Kayo Basic subscription valued at $75Total value of instant prizes available to be won is $1,500. Once the 3-month subscription isover, the account will automatically renew at $25 per month unless cancelled prior to the endof the 3-month promotion subscription.8. In addition to the above, entrants will also have the opportunity to receive additionalentry/entries into the major prize draw for completing each of the following activities (each an“Additional Activity”):• Share the promotion on Facebook for five (5) additional entries;• Follow Golf Australia on Instagram (@golfaust) for five (5) additional entries; and/or• Share the promotion via a unique URL for five (5) additional entries.9. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:• only one (1) Initial Entry is permitted per person; and• each Additional Activity can only be completed once with a maximum of fifteen (15)additional entries permitted per person.210. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants(including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its solediscretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breachedany of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawfulor other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion.Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter toenforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter'slegal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.11. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.12. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its solediscretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.13. The major prize draw will take place at Peazie Social Media (Group) Pty Ltd, Level 19, 120Spencer Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 on 30/10/2019 at 2:30pm. The Promoter may drawadditional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrantis drawn. Winners will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw. All majorprize winners, and any instant prize winners from ACT, will have their names published onlineat https://winwithgolfaustralia.com.au from 08/11/2019.14. The first three (3) valid entries drawn will each win the major prize of a $1,000 Drummond Golfvoucher.15. The Drummond Golf voucher must be redeemed by 23/09/2022. Any ancillary costs associatedwith redeeming the voucher are not included. Any unused balance of the voucher will not beawarded as cash. Redemption of the voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of theissuer including those specified on the voucher.16. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.17. If a winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner'snominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.18. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take / redeema prize at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.19. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute theprize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions froma regulatory authority.20. Winners of an instant prize or major prize acknowledge that the prize is subject to additionalterms and conditions imposed by third party prize suppliers. Winners must become acquaintedwith any such additional terms and conditions prior to taking the prize. Winners must complywith all conditions imposed by any third-party prize supplier.21. Total prize pool value is $4,500. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferableor exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.22. A draw for any prizes that are won but remain unclaimed may take place on 31/01/2020 at thesame time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.Winners, if any, will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw.
