Information on how to enter and Prize details forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia and New Zealand, who are over the age of 18 years old. Entrants must be a registered TVSN customer to enter. Employees of TVSN and their subsidiary agents and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Competition opens 12:00am AEST April 1, 2017 and closes 11:59pm AEST April 30, 2017. Any entries entered into the website after 11:59pm AEST April 30, 2017 will not be entitled to enter into the prize draw. There are 3 winners to be drawn after every 10 days of the competition. They will be drawn and announced on 11/04/17, 21/04/17 and 01/05/17. The announcement will take place at the TVSN Marketing Office: 431 Warringah Road, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086, Australia.
If the Prize remains unclaimed after the draw date, TVSN will conduct a further unclaimed prize draw 3 months after the unclaimed prize was announced. The unclaimed prize draw will take place at the TVSN marketing office - 431 Warringah Rd, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086, Australia.
If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a Prize of equal or greater value and/or specification - subject to the relevant state authority approval.
Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Competition at any time.
Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the Prize to cancel the Competition or to vary or cancel the award of the Prize including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter’s opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion): (a) a Prize winner does not satisfy the Competition entry requirements; or (b) the Promoter cannot conduct the Competition or award the Prize for any reason beyond its control. Subject to relevant state authority approval, in the event that the Promoter cancels the Competition or varies or withdraws the Prize it shall not: (a) be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and (b) be required to conduct the Competition at any other time.
Entrants enter the Competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained or loss or damage to tangible property as a result of accepting and using the Prize, any goods or services attained through accepting and using the Prize or entering the Competition.
TVSN is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion, including injury or damage to a participant's or any other person's computer related to participation in this promotion and problems with transmission of entries over the internet. TVSN will accept no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.
The winners will be announced on the TVSN website (www.tvsn.com.au and www.tvsn.co.nz) on 11/04/17, 21/04/17 and 01/05/17 and will be notified by phone. Vouchers will be added to the customers’ accounts and made valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
There are 3 Prizes/3 Prize winners. Each winner will receive a $200 TVSN voucher. Total prize pool is $600.
Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prize must be taken in its complete entirety or it will be forfeited. If for any reason a winner does not take the Prize or an element of the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Prize or that element of the Prize will be forfeited. If the winner of the Prize is under the age of 18 years, the Prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian who will be required to confirm acceptance of the terms and conditions prior to claiming any Prize.
To participate in the Competition, Entrants will be required to submit the necessary information asked for at the time of entry. Entrants will also be required to subscribe to our mail and emailing lists before submitting their entry. Entrants are able to unsubscribe from these lists at any time after their entry has been submitted.
By participating in the Competition and opting in, an Entrant acknowledges that a further, primary purpose for collection of the Entrant's Personal Information by the Promoter is to enable the Promoter to use the information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services and to contact the Entrant in the future with information on special offers or to provide the Entrant with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and email, or any other form of electronic, emerging, digital or conventional communications channel whether existing now or in the future. This information will not be disclosed to any 3rd parties. By entering the Competition and opting in, an Entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter may use the Entrant's Personal Information in the manner set out in this condition. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time after they enter the Competition.
Total Prize pool value is $600. The Prize value is correct at the time of printing. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the Prize occurring between the publishing date and the date the Prize is claimed. All Prize values are in Australian dollars.
TVSN is not responsible for any customers that do not receive the email or cannot access the website due to technical difficulties or any other reason.
