The competition is open to residents of NSW, QLD, WA, TAS, and VIC who are members of the Rewards Program. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Eligible entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter.
When does the competition close?
The competition closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 July 2024.
How can one enter the competition?
To enter, during the Promotional Period, eligible entrants must spend $30 or more on items (excluding Prescription Medicine or any other non-exempt items) from a participating Independent Pharmacies of Australia Group store using their Loyalty program card. Each transaction of $30 or more constitutes one (1) “Eligible Transaction.” Multiple entries are permitted, with one entry allowed per Eligible Transaction per day.

What are the prizes to be won?
The first three (3) valid entries drawn will each receive $3,000 worth of value for a fridge and groceries from a supplier in their local community. The prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and no portion of the prize is redeemable for cash.
What is the total prize pool amount?
The total prize pool amount is $9,000.
When will the winners be announced?
The prize draw will take place on Monday, 5th August 2024 at midday AEST at Independent Pharmacies of Australia Group, 15/17 Chapel Street, Cremorne, Victoria 3121. The winners will be notified by telephone and in writing within two (2) business days of the draw. The winners’ names will be published on the Independent Pharmacies of Australia website by Tuesday, 6th August 2024.
What if a prize is unclaimed?
If required, an unclaimed prize draw will take place on 5th October 2024 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The unclaimed prize winners, if any, will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and eligible entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry not in accordance with these conditions or who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative prize of equal value and specification. The Promoter excludes all liability for any personal injury or other loss or damage in connection with the promotion, except for liability relating to non-excludable conditions. The Promoter may use entrants’ personal information for conducting the promotion and for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes. Participating Pharmacies include various locations under the Healthy Rewards program.
