b) Answer the following question in 25 words or less:
Which team do you think deserved to win and why?
c) Complete the entry form.
Entrants must provide the following information for a valid entry:
i. Answer to the survey detailed in point a) above and the question in point b) above;
ii. First Name;
iii. Last Name;
iv. Phone; and
v. Email.
