Who can enter the competition?The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Each participant is limited to one entry, and entries using "plus addresses" will not be accepted.

How will the winners be selected and notified?Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries at 12:00 PM AEST on Tuesday, 10 December 2024, at Level 22, 143 Turbot Street, Brisbane, QLD. They will be notified via email and announced on the Canstar website by 5:00 PM AEST on Tuesday, 10 December 2024.
How can winners claim their prizes?To claim the prize, winners must reply to Canstar’s email within five (5) business days, confirming their acceptance of the prize, full name, contact number, year of birth, and approval to announce their name on the Canstar website and related publications. The prize will then be delivered via Prezzee to the winner’s provided email address.
What happens if the prize is not claimed?If a winner does not claim their prize by 5:00 PM AEST on Tuesday, 17 December 2024, a redraw will occur at 12:00 PM AEST on Tuesday, 17 December 2024, at the same location. The redraw winner will be notified by email and announced on the Canstar website by 5:00 PM AEST on Tuesday, 17 December 2024. If the redraw winner does not claim their prize by 5:00 PM AEST on Tuesday, 24 December 2024, the promotion will be discontinued.
Are there any conditions for the e-gift cards?The e-gift cards will be distributed by Prezzee, and the winner’s full name and email address will be shared with Prezzee for delivery purposes. Participants are responsible for ensuring their email address is valid and capable of receiving communications.
