The Promoter has the right to check the validity of entries and disqualify any that don't follow the rules or tamper with the entry process.
Only one entry is permitted per person, and it must be completed on the entry form found online or at the Market.
If there is any dispute about an entrant's identity, the Promoter has the right to determine the winner.
The promotion runs from March 6th, 2023, at 8 am AEST until April 23rd, 2023, at 11:59 pm AEST. The three winners will be notified by email by April 29th, 2023.
Late, lost, illegible, or incomplete entries will be invalid.
The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize pool includes three seafood vouchers, each worth $500, one from each of Aptus Seafood, Gem Pier Seafood, and South Melbourne Seafoods.
The winners will be selected randomly, and each will receive one seafood voucher.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
If the winner is under 18, the prize will be awarded to their parent or guardian.
If the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days, a new winner will be chosen. If the prize remains unclaimed after six months, it will be forfeited.
If the prize is not available, the Promoter can substitute it with a prize of equal value.
If the prize is unclaimed, the Promoter can conduct further draws to distribute it.
The Promoter can cancel or modify the promotion if it is interfered with or cannot be conducted as anticipated due to reasons beyond their control.
The Promoter is not liable for any personal injury or loss or damage, including loss of opportunity, arising from the promotion.
Personal information collected will be used for the promotion and for marketing purposes.
Winners' names and likeness may be used for promotional purposes.
