When does the Sweepstakes close?All entries must be received by 9 am on Monday, March 25, 2024.
How can one enter the Sweepstakes?To enter, follow the onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. You can earn an Additional Entry by sending the Sweepstakes page to a friend aged 21 or older. The friend must enter the sweepstakes through your referral to receive an additional entry.
What are the prizes and how much is the total prize pool?The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes is $300. The prize includes three Family Passes (4 tickets each) to any screening of Kung Fu Panda 4. If a winner is unable to receive payment, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned except by the Sponsor.
Additional Prize Details:- Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
- Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by a representative from the Sponsor.
- Winners will be notified by email and/or mail and must confirm prize acceptance within a specified time.
- If a potential winner cannot be contacted or cannot accept the prize for any reason, an alternate winner may be selected.
- If a winner is deemed a minor, the prize will be awarded in the name of the winner's parent or legal guardian.
- No substitutions are permitted except if the prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.
What else should participants know?Participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules, release the Sponsor from liability, and grant permission to use their name, likeness, and hometown for promotional purposes. Taxes and other incidental expenses not specified are the winner's responsibility. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify individuals who violate the Official Rules.
Any legal aspects to note?The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes shall be litigated in courts sitting in Victoria, Australia. Personal information collected will be used for Sweepstakes administration and in accordance with TOT: HOT OR NOT's Privacy Policy.
