Bing Lee and LayAway Travel employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
One entry per person per purchase.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The entire competition starts at 9am (AEST) on 1 August 2016 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on 8 September 2016.
All entries must be lodged and received no later than 11:59pm (AEST) on Thursday 8 September 2016.
Entries must include; full name and last name, postal address, contact number, email address and the docket number.
The lucky winners will be announced at 12pm (AEST) on Thursday 15 September 2016.
HOW TO ENTER:
Customers who purchase a product $100 or more from Bing Lee can enter this competition by answering the following question: “What would you do on the first day of your Fijian Holiday?”
A ‘Panel of Judges’ selected by the Promoters will choose the winners with the most creative response during the promotional period.
Customers must complete the Online Competition Form.
Completed Forms must be submitted by the customer online at www.layawaytravel.com.au/binglee-fiji
PRIZES:
 Return Fiji Airways economy class airfares will be for 2 adults and 2 children (12 years and under). Transfers to and from Australian home residence to the airport are at the winners expense.
Flight times shall be confirmed at the discretion of LayAway Travel and are based on travelling ex Sydney.
Airfares are based on the children being 12 years and under at completion of travel. If the children are older, they may travel but prize winners will be responsible for paying the fare difference.
It is the responsibility of the prize winners to provide first and last names as per photo ID for the accommodation and flights. The Promoters are not responsible for prize winners being denied entry to Fiji if incorrect or false information is provided.
We highly recommend that the winners purchase travel insurance but this is at the discretion of the winners. Please note that travel insurance is not included in this prize.
5 nights’ accommodation is based on 5 star accommodation suitable for 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 years and under (bedding configuration cannot be guaranteed). Early check-in or late check-out is not included. If required this may be added at the winners expense. Alternatively the accommodation can look after your bags until the room is ready or it is time to head to the airport.
The Promoters cannot accept any responsibility for any cancellation of, rescheduling of, or changes to any component of the prize or for the acts, omissions or errors of those whom we have no direct or exclusive control. The Promoters do not accept any liability or responsibility for any injury, loss or damage of whatsoever nature (including any consequential loss or damage) or additional expenses incurred or sustained by the prize winners arising out of or as a consequence, whether direct or indirect, of any of the entertainment services in connection with this package provided by the Promoters. The prize winners are fully responsible for their own conduct and the conduct of those travelling and will be liable for any damage or loss caused by such conduct, and indemnify and hold harmless the Promoters against any and all liability for loss or damage of whatsoever nature (including any consequential loss or damage) incurred or sustained by the Promoters as a result of any act or omission of the client and its guest.
