WHO CAN ENTER?Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older (inclusive). (Eligible Entrants).
Directors, management and employees of Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority and its related entities (and their immediate families), printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter the Promotion.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 18/9/2015 and closes at midnight (AEDT) on 11/10/2015 (Promotional Period). Winners will be selected by 12 NOON (AEDT) on 12/10/2015 at Level 6, 66 Harrington Street, The Rocks NSW 2000. Winners will be notified via telephone. Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners have until 12 NOON (AEDT) on 12/1/2016 to claim their prizes. If prizes remain unclaimed at these times, a redraw will take place at 1pm (AEDT) on 12/1/2016.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Promotion and become an Entrant, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, sucessfully register their full name, email address, telephone number and which destination they would like to visit via the online form on the Darling Harbour website.
PRIZES:
This is a game of chance. Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority will choose three (3) winners at the end of the competition period. Winners will be chosen randomly using a computer generator. Each winner will receive the following prize package:
- 1 x 2 Economy Class tickets valued at approximately $5,000, plus $1,000 spending money.
The Economy Class tickets are subject to the following terms and conditions:
• All taxes and surcharges are the responsibility of the winner.
• Travel to be completed by 30 October 2016.
• Black-out period applies: Travel is not permitted from 30 November 2015 to 15 March 2016. Other
black-out periods may apply.
• Minimum stay is 7 days and all travel must be completed within the specified dates.
• Origin of the flight: Sydney.
• Destinations: one destination to be chosen between Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; Galapagos Islands,
Ecuador; or Cuzco, Peru.
• This prize ticket must be taken as offered and cannot be sold, bartered or exchanged for cash.
• Once the ticket is issued changes are not permitted.
• Tickets are non-transferable.
• In the event of a no-show, tickets may not be changed or reissued.
• Bookings to be held and confirmed by LAN Airlines.
• Flights must be requested at most 90 days prior to departure and at least 45 days of departure.
