How can one enter the competition?

To enter the competition, follow the entry process as set out in the promotion, which may include submitting entries via email or social media posts. There is no limit to the number of entries an individual can submit. Each entry will be considered a separate entry.

What are the prizes and the total prize pool amount?

There are three prize packs up for grabs, each valued at $100, featuring the latest designs from Spencil. The total prize pool amount is $300.

When and how will winners be announced and contacted?

The winners will be announced on 09/10/2024 and will be contacted via the channel they used to enter the competition. If you entered via email, you will be contacted by email. If you entered via social media, you will be tagged on that social media platform. Winners will also be announced via all Spencil social media channels.

What are the prize delivery details?

Winners will need to respond to the email or social media post to arrange delivery of their prize. Prizes will be sent to the delivery address provided by the winners. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, credit, or product, and no exchanges are offered. Spencil accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize, and if the prize is unavailable, they reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value and/or specification. Spencil also takes no responsibility for prize damage or loss in transit and will not be responsible for any delay in delivery.

What personal information will be collected and how will it be used?

Each entrant's personal information will be collected to enable Spencil to administer and promote the competition and notify the winner. All entrants agree to be added to the Spencil Mailing List to receive promotional material via email and/or SMS. Mailing list recipients have the right to opt out at any time. The personal information of winners may be provided to third parties assisting Spencil, including delivery services and regulatory authorities.

Are there any general terms and conditions?

Competitions run on Instagram or Facebook are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. Errors and omissions may be accepted at Spencil's discretion. Spencil reserves the right to disqualify any individual who breaches these terms or engages in misconduct. If the competition cannot run as planned due to various issues like technical failures or external events, Spencil reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition.
