The competition is open to all Australian residents and customers of Lost Surfboards Australia and Surfboard Empire, excluding employees and their immediate family members.

What are the prizes and details about them?
There are three prizes in total, consisting of three different models of …Lost Surfboards Black Sheep: the RNF96, Rad Ripper, and 3.0 Stub Thumb. Each surfboard will be drawn and awarded every fortnight on the following dates: 24th January 2025, 7th February 2025, and 21st February 2025.
What is the total prize pool amount?
The total value of the prize pool is AUD $4,197. Each winner will receive one surfboard from the available models, and if the preferred prize is unavailable, a backup option will be provided.
When and where will the winners be drawn?
The winners will be drawn at 11am on the specified dates at the 3rd Rail Distribution Head Office located at 22/55 Ourimbah Rd, Tweed Heads.
How will winners be notified?
Winners will be notified via email from an official 3rd Rail Distribution email address (@3rdrail.com) on the dates mentioned above.
What happens if a winner does not claim their prize?
Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of notification. If unclaimed after this period, the prize will lapse, and a substitute winner will be drawn 31 days after the initial notification.
Where will the winners be announced?
The winners will be announced on the Lost Australia Instagram account (@lostaustralia) immediately after each draw.
Are the prizes transferable or redeemable for cash?
The prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
