How can one enter the competition?To enter, eligible entrants must follow RedBalloon on Instagram and complete the competition registration form found at https://www.redballoon.com.au/competition.html. Entry is limited to one per person.
What is the prize, and what is the total worth of the prize?The prize is a RedBalloon gift voucher, including a $1000 hot air ballooning voucher, an $800 driving experience voucher, and an $800 wine and dine voucher. The total RRP prize pool value is $2600. The voucher is valid until the expiry date specified on the gift voucher or by the gift voucher provider and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
When and how will the winners be drawn?The draws will take place at 12:00pm AEST on 01/09/2023 at Level M, 3 Spring St, Sydney NSW 2000. All valid entries will be included in the draw, and the first valid entries drawn will be the winners. Winning is not contingent on being present at the draw.
How will the winners be notified, and when will they receive their prize?Winners will be notified within 72 hours of the Prize Draw Date through Instagram to the Instagram account submitted at the time of entry. Prizes will be delivered, paid, or transferred to the winner within 28 days after the Prize Draw Date. Winners will be notified via Instagram about how the prize will be delivered within 14 days of the draw.
What happens if a prize is unclaimed?If any Prizes remain unclaimed within three months after Prize Draw, an unclaimed prize draw will be held at RedBalloon, Level M, 3 Spring St, Sydney NSW 2000 on 02/10/2023 at 10.00am AEST. Winners of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified in the same manner as set out above.
Can the prize be substituted?In the event that the Prize (or any part of the Prize) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize (or the relevant part of a prize) with a prize of equal or greater value subject to any contrary direction from a regulatory authority.
