Immediate family refers to a spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister, or 1st cousin.

Eligible Entrants can enter the competition during the Promotional Period by subscribing and signing up at stack.com.au to receive STACK's emails. Entrants must also answer the question at www.jbhifi.com.au/blogs/competitions/ubx-comp. Entries must include all requested contact details and a 25-words-or-less answer to be eligible to win. Each entry must be unique and received by the Promoter prior to the competition's close date and time.

How will the winner be selected?
The winner will be determined by a judging panel based on skill, creativity, and originality. The judging will take place at the Promoter's premises on June 17, 2023, at 11:00 AM. In the event that the first chosen winner cannot satisfy the Terms and Conditions or accept the prize, additional entries may be selected as replacements. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
What is the prize and its total worth?
The total prize value is up to $855 (including GST) as of May 16, 2023. The prize includes 3 Main Prize Home Entertainment Packs valued at $165 each and 3 1 Year Premium Subscriptions to UBX: Train on Demand App valued at $120 each.
How will the winner be notified?
The winner will be notified by email, and their names will be published online at www.jbhifi.com.au/blogs/competitions/ubx-comp for 90 days from the date of verification of the winner. Prizes will be sent within 8 weeks from the date of verification of the winner.
Are multiple entries allowed?
Only one entry per person will be permitted. Entrants found to be submitting multiple entries may have all entries invalidated.
Can the prize be substituted?
If the prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation. The prize must be taken as stated, and no compensation will be provided if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
What are the privacy terms?
By submitting an entry into the competition, entrants consent to receive promotional and other marketing messages from the Promoter. Entrants can opt-out at any time by following the instructions included in each message. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting the competition. Personal information may be disclosed to agents engaged for prize fulfillment and regulatory authorities. The Promoter handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
