b) For In-store Purchases: visit the respective website, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page, fully complete and submit the online entry form with your personal details (first name, last name, email address, mobile number, and state/territory of residence), upload a photo/scanned photo of the purchase receipt, and optionally tick (or untick) the respective box for receipt of marketing from the Promoter and Bottlemart or SipnSave.
