Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. 4. Entry and Entry Period: The Sweepstakes will start on November 11, 2021, at 12:01 AM, United States Central Time (“CT”) and end on December 15, 2020, at 11:59 PM, CT. The Sweepstakes will consist of one (1) Drawing Entry Period (“Drawing Entry Period”) as set forth:

Winner Selection: The Game Awards will randomly choose thirty (30) winners from among all eligible entries.
6.Prize Notification and Delivery, WINNER SELECTION:
A random drawing will take place within 10 business days after the Sweepstakes entry deadline from among all eligible Entries received through GLEAM. The drawing will be conducted by the “THE GAME AWARDS.” The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Sponsor will announce the winners by publication on promoters’ entry page (thegameawards.com) following the drawing date. If such notification is undeliverable or no acknowledgement is received by the Administrator from the potential prize winner within seven (7) business days of the date of notification or attempted notification, then such potential prize winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a prize is refused, a prize notification is returned or deemed undeliverable, or the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, an alternate winner may be selected. Potential prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and, if applicable, a completed IRS W-9 form within seven (7) business days of the date of issuance of such documents. Potential prize winner’s failure to return all required forms in this seven (7) business day time period may result in the potential prize winner being disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. There shall be no allocation of prizes based on the province or territory of residence of the entrants. FOR CANADA RESIDENTS: Each selected winner resident will be required to correctly answer a time-limited skill testing question without assistance in order to be eligible to receive a prize or such prize will be forfeited.

Release: By participating, Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, AMD, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
Privacy: The Participants acknowledge and understands that all personal information submitted as part of this Sweepstakes will be collected and processed by Sponsor for the purpose of managing the Sweepstakes in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy. 10. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, amend, suspend or modify this Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time and without notice or obligation, if in Sponsor’s sole discretion, any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Rules. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Entry process. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision of these Official Rules. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
11. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Participant, printing errors or omission or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries; or (5) any injury or damage to person or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason a Participant’s Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Participant’s sole remedy is another Entry in the Sweepstakes provided that if it is not possible to submit another Entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all Eligible Entries or, as the case may be, received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.
