How can one enter?
To enter, individuals must either:
- Be existing or new subscribers to STACK's newsletter and remain subscribed with a valid email address by 11:59pm AEDT on 31 December 2023.
- Entry is automatic upon subscription to the newsletter.
What are the prizes?
There are 30 prizes, each being a $50 JB Hi-Fi digital gift card.
What is the total prize pool amount?
The total prize pool is valued at $1,500 AUD.
How will winners be determined and notified?
Winners will be randomly drawn at 11:59pm AEDT on 15 January 2024. The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be notified by email or mail within two business days of the draw and listed at www.jbhifi.com.au/competition-winners for 90 days.
What is the prize collection method?
Digital gift card prizes will be sent to the winners' nominated email address within 28 days of the draw.
Are there any entry limits?
Only one entry per person is permitted.
What happens if a prize is unclaimed?
If a prize is unclaimed, the Promoter may conduct further draws three months after the original draw to distribute unclaimed prizes, subject to State and Territory legislation.
Are there any additional terms and conditions?
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition if necessary.
- Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and entry validity to claim a prize.
- Personal information collected will be used to conduct the competition and may be shared with regulatory authorities and prize suppliers for prize fulfillment.
- Winners consent to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from entry or prize claim issues caused by factors beyond its control.
