HOCKEY JERSEYS CAMPAIGN T&CS
1. The Promoter is ONTHEGO Sports, whose registerd office is at 71/69 Darling Street, Canberra ACT 2911.
2. The competition is open to anyone over the age of eighteen (18) years, except employees of ONTHEGO Sports, and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the company or drawing of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee, and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. Only one (1) entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7. This competition will commence on Tuesday the 16th of October 2018 at 5:00pm.
8. Closing date for entries will be Wednesday 31st of October at 1:00pm.
9. The competition will be drawn on Wednesday the 31st of October 2018 at 2:00pm.
10. The winner will be notified via the e-mail address they originally signed up with.
11. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

18. ONTHEGO does not guarantee the sizing of the garment that will be sent.
19. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
20. The winner will be chosen at random, for all entries received and verified by ONTHEGO Sports.
21. ONTHEGO Sport’s decision will be in respect of all matters to do with the competition and will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law, and no any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
23. The winner agrees to his/her name and image in any public material.
24. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
