Eligible entrants:
Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 16 years and over. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian’s approval to enter.
How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must, during the Promotional Period, post a photo or video to their Instagram account showing how they're connecting with people while staying at home, with the hashtag #GDayADay and tag @optus.
Entrant agrees that the Promoter may ‘share’ select entries including winning entries, on the Optus website and/or social media channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, etc).
Entrants agree that to be eligible for this Promotion, they must:
· ensure their Instagram account privacy setting is set to public (i.e. not 'private');
· ensure that their entry is appropriately tagged as per Instagram’s Promotion Guidelines (i.e. no inaccurate tagging of other users);
· ensure that their entry photo or video is from/around their place of residence (i.e. entrants must be complying with social distancing and stay at home directions related to the COVID-19 outbreak);
· ensure that any other individuals featured in the post have consented to being posted publicly on Instagram as part of the competition, and that they understand Optus may share select entries including winning entries on the Optus website and/or social media channels; and
· if the entry includes a recording of a telephone/video call:
o the entrant must be a participant in the video/telephone call; and
o the entrant must have express consent from other parties to the telephone/video call to record the call.
Entries permitted:
Entrants may enter multiple times provided each entry is submitted separately in accordance with the entry instructions above. Each entry submitted by an entrant must contain a different photo or video. Each entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize. By completing the entry method and complying with the conditions of entry, the entrant will receive one (1) entry.
