What is the prize and its total worth?
The major prize consists of 1 of 30 prize packs valued at $1,600 AUD each. Each prize pack includes a VIP double pass to Jessica Mauboy's Yours Forever Tour (in the winner's home state), a $500 Visa Cash Gift Card, and a $500 L'Oreal product pack. Additionally, there are 10 minor prizes, each consisting of an L'Oreal product pack valued at $500. The total prize value is $53,000 AUD.
When and how will the winner be selected?
The competition winners will be selected by 3:00 pm on November 23, 2023. Winners will be randomly selected using automated competition drawing software. The winners will be notified by SMS or email by 5:00 pm on November 23, 2023.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?
If a prize (other than perishable goods) remains unclaimed within two months, the promoter will make reasonable efforts to deliver the prize to the winner. If still unclaimed after three months, the promoter must notify the Office and, subject to the Office's approval, re-determine the winner of the prize.
Is there anything else to note?
The Promoter may use entrants' personal information for the purposes of the competition and winner notification. The Promoter reserves the right to discontinue, cancel, terminate, or modify the competition if necessary. The Promoter is not responsible for any losses associated with changes in prize value. The decision of the Promoter in all matters related to the competition is final. Privacy and personal information handling are in accordance with the Privacy Act (1988) (Cth).
