ELIGIBILITY:
Entry is only open toAustralian residents aged 18 years or over who are an existing LoVe Drives member or who become a LoVe Drives member during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Entrant”). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Promotion commences at 10.00am AEDST on20/03/2014and final entries close at 4.00pm AEST on 28/04/2014 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotional Period, undertake the following steps:
visit www.lovedrives.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page,
as prompted, submit the details of their favourite Australian drive using the ‘Create A Drive’ tools and functions, including but not limited to personalising their drive by allocating notes and icons, and uploading photographs and video content;
name their favourite drive and provide a description of their favourite drive in two hundred (200) words or less;
add ‘tags’ to their favourite drive (this step is optional);
input the requested personal details in order to become a LoVe Drives member (if not already) or log in (if already a member);  and
‘share’ their favourite drive via the available social media channels, using the functions provided.
For the sake of clarity, the ‘share’ step is a mandatory component of entry.  The act of sharing a drive will not have any bearing on the judges’ overall decision(s). In addition, if an Eligible Entrant’s drive is further shared by another individual or Eligible Entrant, this too will not have any impact on the judges’ overall decision(s) and is merely for the purposes of promoting the promotion.
PRIZES:
The best three(3) valid entries, in each Minor Round, as determined by the judges, will each win a $100 Coles Express Gift Card.
The best four (4) valid entries, in the Major Round, as determined by the judges, will each win a $2,000 Travel Voucher.
Each $2,000 travel voucher will be redeemable via Free-2-Travel Holidays Ltd. All travel is subject to availability at all times and maybe dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner. Travel voucher is valid until 31 March 2015. All travel vouchers must be booked through Free-2-Travel and their suppliers, no direct bookings are permitted, if direct booking is made a 10% service fee will be charged at winners own expense. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or cash products ie, Travelex, foreign currency etc. All bookings and documentation regarding the prize must be made via Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd or their agents. Redeeming the prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices. No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is not refundable or transferable. In the event the winner is under the age of 18 years, they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Winner and companion must be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity on it prior to departure for international destinations. Winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed. Visas, valid passports, additional spending money, meals (other than those included) and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the travel prize package descriptions above are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and his/her nominated traveling companions as incurred. It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point. Prize winner and travel companions must have valid travel insurance for their period of travel.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a Coles Express Gift Card/ Travel Voucherare not included. Any unused balance of a Coles Express Gift Card/ Travel Voucherwill not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a Coles Express Gift Card/ Travel Voucheris subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Coles Express Gift Card/ Travel Voucher.
If for any reason a winner does not take/redeem a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
Total prize pool value is $9,800. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
