Information on how to enter the Promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Promotion shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of entry. Entries not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
The Promotion commences at 9am on Monday 9 November 2015 and closes at 5pm Monday 7 December 2015 (“Promotion Period”).All times recorded throughout these Terms and Conditions are in Australian Central Daylight Savings Time. The Promoter is Beyond Bank Australia, a trading name of Community CPS Australia Ltd, 100 Waymouth Street, Adelaide, SA 5000 (ABN 15 087 651 143, AFSL / Australian Credit Licence 237856) (“Promoter”).
Entry into this competition is open to residents of Australia who complete the quiz and submit the entry form, including their ultimate road trip song, via Beyond Bank’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/beyondbank. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, participating agents and their agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter the competition.
By entering the competition, entrants consent to being subscribed to the monthly newsletter of the Promoter’s blog and the use of their personal information for the marketing purposes by the Promoter,including sending electronic messages to the entrant until consent is withdrawn by the entrant. Personal information will only be used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy (available at http://www.beyondbank.com.au/privacy.html).The Promoter will provide the entrant with an option to opt out of receipt of such communication every time the Promoter contacts them.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to the winner is final and binding and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence once it makes the decision. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate,forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way, or if the winning entrant does not fulfil the “eligible entrant” criteria set out in point 3 and 4.
This is a game of skill,chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on its literary and creative merit. The judging will be done by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.
There will be four (4) prizes of one (1) Caltex Petrol Voucher with a value of $250 each. The Prize Winners will be the people judged as providing the most creative reason for choosing their road trip song during the promotion period. The winners will be announced on Wednesday 9 December 2015.The Prize Winners will be notified via email within two business days from the date of the draw.
The Prize Winners must take the Prize as stated and cannot transfer, postpone or otherwise request a substitution of the Prize.If the Prize Winners are unable to take and/or use the Prize as stated, the Prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be payable.
The Prize will be sent to the Prize Winners at their nominated postal address.
The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time or cancel the Promotion (or any part of it) without prior notice.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
In accepting a Prize awarded in this Competition, you agree to participate in any publicity arrangements made by or on behalf of the Promoter. You further acknowledge that the Promoter reserves the right to use your first name and entry for future promotional or publicity activity without any payment being made to you.
