How can one enter the promotion?Participants can enter in three phases:
- Phase 1: Register for Samsung Unpacked
Earn five (5) entries by registering for the 2025 Samsung Unpacked event between January 7, 2025, and January 22, 2025. Registration can be done at https://www.samsung.com/au/unpacked.
- Phase 2: Pre-Order the Samsung Galaxy S25
Earn twenty-five (25) entries by pre-ordering the Samsung Galaxy S25 between January 23, 2025, and February 13, 2025.
- For online orders on Samsung.com or in-store at Samsung branded stores, entries are automatically allocated upon purchase.
- For orders through authorized Samsung retailers, complete the entry form at http://www.galaxypass.com.au with the Order Confirmation or Invoice Number. A maximum of twenty-five (25) entries is permitted per individual for this phase.
- Phase 3: Comment on Social Media
Earn up to four (4) entries by commenting with the hashtag “#GalaxyAI,” tagging friends, and following the official Samsung Australia account on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter X, or Facebook during the promotional period. Only one entry per platform is allowed, with a maximum of four (4) entries available per person.
What prizes are available and what is the total prize pool?The total prize pool is AUD $100,000. The first four (4) valid entries drawn will each win a $25,000 Free-2-Travel travel voucher. The voucher can be used for flights, accommodation, tours, transfers, and other travel expenses, but it is not redeemable for cash. Any ancillary costs associated with using the voucher are not included. The voucher must be redeemed and used by February 25, 2026.
How will winners be notified?Winners will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the draw, which takes place on February 27, 2025. Winners’ details will also be published online at www.galaxypass.com.au and on the Promoter’s social media platforms on March 6, 2025.
What are the conditions regarding the travel voucher?The travel voucher is subject to availability and must be redeemed via Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd. It does not cover costs such as passports, visas, vaccinations, or gratuities. If a booking is made independently, no reimbursement will be provided.
What happens if a winner does not redeem their prize?If a winner does not redeem their prize by the stipulated time, the prize will be forfeited. An unclaimed prize draw may occur on March 31, 2025.
Is the promotion affiliated with social media platforms?No, this promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. Participants provide their information to the Promoter, not to these platforms.
