Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Promotion commences 10am (AEST) Wednesday 11 November 2020 and closes 11pm (AEST) Tuesday 8 December 2020.
Eligible entrants must:
a. Register via the Discover Queensland website: DiscoverQueensland.com.au/Ultimate-Gold-Coast-Attraction-Giveaway
b. Entrants are given bonus entries for referring additional people and have the chance to win the bonus prize each week
c. Comply with the terms and conditions and all information entered must be valid, complete and accurate. Any invalid, incomplete or inaccurate entries will be automatically disqualified from the competition.
d. Agree to receive marketing communications from LeisureCom Group Pty Ltd. You have the right to unsubscribe or unfollow at anytime.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of employment and residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically register or enter is prohibited and will render all entries invalid.

Total prize pool value $5153
Prizes are redeemable directly with the attraction provider. Please allow 10 working days for vouchers to be mailed to the weekly winners. Validity dates vary subject to the conditions of the Attraction provider. Prizes are not transferable to any other product and are not redeemable for cash or credit. Each prize is subject to availability, not valid during peak periods, school holidays, Christmas and New Year periods or during special events.
Any additional expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the prize winner including but not limited to accommodation, current passports, spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points, transfers, activities, gratuities, services charges, items of a personal nature, in-room charges, travel insurance, pre and post accommodation, optional activities or excursions, flights and all other ancillary costs.
Altered, lost or stolen certificates/vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Certificates/vouchers are not redeemable for cash and must be redeemed before the expiry dates specified and will not be extended. The winner (and his/her companions) is responsible for ensuring that they have valid travel documentation with them.
If for any reason, once the prize has been booked, you do not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
Discover Queensland $50 Voucher is valid to be redeemed on any booking made by 30 June 2021. Minimum booking value of $500 is required to be able to redeem your $50 voucher. Maximum one voucher per booking. Vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash or other Vouchers. Vouchers can only be redeemed once.Voucher can only be redeemed at the time of booking. Normal Discover Queensland Terms and Conditions of booking apply.
The prize draw will take place at 9am (AEST) each Wednesday for 4 weeks as follows:

The eligible winners will be announced via the Discover Queensland website, Facebook and Instagram Pages. A re-draw will take place if the prize winner is not able to be contacted within 7 days of the original draw date.
