Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and older (“eligible entrants”). The Directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies who are directly associated with the conduct of the Promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion.
To enter this promotion, entrants must visit the CommBank team at one of the locations listed below and collect a free garden gnome. A maximum of 250 garden gnomes will be offered free to entrants, from each location. The gnome then becomes the property of the entrant.
Entrants then eMail or scan a photo of their gnome in its new home, together with their full name, phone number and the City where the gnome was collected, to: whyareyouwaiting@cba.com.au by 11.59pm (ADST) on 3rd February 2013 to be eligible to win one of the five Prizes. One entry permitted per entrant in this promotion. The size of each scan cannot exceed 2MB. All scans sent in by entrants become the property of the promoter who may use them in marketing campaigns.

All scans will be judged by a Panel of independent Judges at 3.00pm (ADST) on Wednesday 6th February 2013, from entries received in the promotion, at MDSA, 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089.
At the Judging, the 5 entries, which in the opinion of the Judges are the most creative, topical and apt, from all entries received, will each win a $1,000 Myer Gift Card (Conditions apply).
