WHO CAN ENTER?

To be eligible, you must (a) be a legal resident ofAustralia and (b) have reached the age of eighteen (18) years and not be anemployee or contractor of PayPal Inc. or any third parties associated with thepromotion or be a member of their immediate families.
By entering this Contest, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Judges, which shall be finaland binding on all matters relating to this Contest.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Contest begins at 06:00 AM Australian Eastern DaylightTime (“AEDT”) on 19 November 2015 and ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on 18 December2015. 
HOW TO ENTER:
Go to www.facebook.com, visit the following contest page: https://www.facebook.com/paypal.au (“Contest Page”). Duringthe Contest Period, 5 different ‘Take back December’ images will be posted tothe Contest Page. Fans will then be asked to answer the question: ‘How wouldyou take back December if you got your Christmas shopping sorted early?’ Toenter the Contest, each time an image is posted to the Contest Page, fans willbe asked to submit their response as a comment below the image on the Facebookpage and include the “#TakebackDecember” hashtag. The post will be live from6:00 am on Thursday; 19 November, 26 November, 3 December, 10 December, 17December. Fans will have until 11:59pm the same day to enter after the post hasgone live.
Entrants must be the sole creators of the Entries submitted inthis Contest. Modifying, enhancing or altering a third party’s pre-existingwork does not qualify as entrant’s original creation and will be disqualifiedfrom the Contest.
Entry must also conform to the following additional EntryRequirements in Sponsor’s sole discretion or the Entry will be disqualified:   
a)     Entry cannot be sexuallyexplicit or suggestive, violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender,religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, contain nudityor any inherently dangerous activity;           
b)     Entry cannot promote illegaldrugs or firearms (or the use of any of the foregoing), or any activities thatmay appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda ormessage;
c)     Entry cannot be obsceneor offensive, endorse any form of hate or hategroup;       
d)     Entry cannot defame,misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about Sponsor or their products orservices, or other people, products orcompanies;               
e)     Entry cannot contain trademarks,logos owned by others (except the Assets, as defined herein) or advertise orpromote any brand or product of any kind (other than the Assets);
f)       Entry cannot contain anypersonal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, emailaddresses or accountnumbers;
g)     Entry cannot containcopyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures,paintings and other works of art or images published on or in websites,television, movies or other media);
h)     Entry cannot contain materialsembodying the names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying anyperson, living or dead, without written permission;                  
i)       Entry cannotcommunicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/orgoodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate;and             
j)       Entry cannotdepict, and cannot itself, be in violation of any guideline (including, but notlimited to Facebook guidelines), regulation orlaw.           
Any entrant who intentionally and/or fraudulently providesincorrect personal data may be banned at Sponsor’sdiscretion.      
PRIZE:
a. There are five prizes, valued at AUD $1,000 each to be won inthe form of PayPal Credit.The winner will be announced within a week following the post’s live date. Ifyou win, you will be notified via the Facebook wall and asked to submit youremail and postal address through a direct message on Facebook.
b. The maximum retail value of the total prize pod is AUD $5,000.Prizes must be taken as offered. The prize or any unused portion of it is notexchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize cannot be used inconjunction with any special offer.
