Sister Club Mission Health Competition – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Conditions of Entry
1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the Priceline General Terms & Conditions which may be viewed at https://www.priceline.com.au/priceline-policies/terms-and-conditions.
3. The Promoter is Priceline Pty Ltd, ABN 18 005 968 310, located at 250 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124 (Promoter).
4. This offer is open to all Sister Club members who are Australian residents. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Participants under the age of 18 must first seek permission from their parent or legal guardian.
5. The competition commences on 14/10/2016 at 07:00am, and concludes on 08/11/2016 at 11:59pm (Promotional Period). All times are AEDST.
How to enter
6. To enter, Sister Club members need to visit www.priceline.com.au during the Promotional Period, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including their full name, Sister Club member number, state and a valid email address), provide an original and creative answer to the promotional question “What should Priceline Pharmacy’s next health mission be?” in 25 words or less and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
7. It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their details, including their phone number, email address and Priceline Sister Club membership details are correct and up to date.
8. The judging will take place at 250 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124 on 09/11/2016 at 11:00am.
9. The winning entries will be judged on creativity and originality and is subject to the discretion of the judging panel.
10. The winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 24 hours of their entry being chosen, and name of the winners will be published on priceline.com.au.
11. If the prize is not claimed by 10:00am on 11/11/2016 the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further judging at 11:00am on 11/11/2016 at the same location as the original judging as are necessary to distribute the prize.
12. If any redrawn prize is not claimed by 10:00am on 13/11/2016 the prize will be forfeited.
13. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries will be judged individually on merit. No correspondence will be entered into.
Prize
14. Major Prize: The best five entries as chosen by the judges will each win a $500 Spa & Wellness Gift Card. The gift card entitles the recipient to numerous indulgent with participating businesses across Australia, full details of which can be found at www.spa.com.au. Spa & Wellness Gift Cards are subject to Terms and Conditions, which can be viewed in full at www.spa.com.au/terms.
To activate your gift card go www.spa.com.au/activate and follow the prompts by entering the card details. Once activated, funds are available from 12pm the following business day though may be available sooner. Spa & Wellness Gift Cards expire 12 months from the date of issue which can be located on each Gift Card. Each Spa & Wellness Gift Card is void and cannot be redeemed after its expiry date.
It is your responsibility to record the date of issue. Any expiry date for an individual Gift Card can be checked at any time online at www.spa.com.au/checkcard. Your Gift Card may only be used at certain retailers who accept the Gift Card. Each participating retailer will accept the Gift Card in accordance with these Terms of Use and any applicable law and subject always to the individual trading terms of each participating retailer from time to time (for example, “no more than 2 cards allowed” or “no split bills”).
15. Minor Prize:
The next best ten entries as chosen by the judges will each win a Priceline Pharmacy Mission Health gift pack valued at $314.89.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible entrant where the Promoter believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.
18. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not be able to participate in the promotion. All personal information collected will be dealt with in accordance with Australian privacy laws and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.priceline.com.au. The Promoter will not disclose this information to anyone other than contractors who provide services to the Promoter for the purposes of conducting this promotion unless compelled or permitted by law. The contact details of the winning entry may be passed onto a third party for prize notification and fulfilment.
19. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoters, in their discretion, reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
20. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments and without liability to the participant.
21. The prize (including any unused portion of the prize) cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoter who may at their sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes, or take responsibility for any broken products in the delivery of the product or after it has been delivered. It is not the responsibility of the Promoter to insure any products.
22. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner (incl. photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited time without notice or remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition.
23. The total prize value of the promotion is approximately $5,649. 24. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize.
