2. Complete the entry form with the required details, ensuring all fields marked in red are filled in correctly.
Current members or followers are also eligible to enter. Each person can submit only one entry, and only one winner is allowed per household. By entering, participants agree to receive occasional emails from SWITCH, and if they unsubscribe, their entries will become inapplicable.
