ABC KIDS has released a 25TH ANNIVERSARY COLLECTION BOXSET that features songs, stories and laughs from over 30 episodes from the BANANAS IN PYJAMAS animated series. The Bananas; full of optimism and good humour, join their friends The Teddies and the ever mischievous Rat-in-a-Hat in the magical world of Cuddlestown. DVD titles include Welcome to Cuddlestown, Banana Day, Cheese and Whiskers & A Bunch of Bananas.
ABC Music launched the BANANAS IN PYJAMAS 50 BEST SONGS CD. This must-have music collection features those catchy songs that generations of Australian children have been singing and dancing to in their lounge rooms! Spanning two CDs, songs include the iconic theme song ‘Bananas In Pyjamas’; ‘The Mucklebird’, ‘Banana Detectives’ and ‘Teddy Bear Twist’. Also includes nursery rhyme favorites such as ‘It’s Raining, It’s Pouring’, and ‘Ring-A-Ring-A-Rosie’. And of course, no Bananas collection would be complete without appearances from The Teddies and Rat-in-a-Hat! It’s the perfect soundtrack for a banana-tastic party!
