2. Complete their details in the provided entry form, ensuring all required fields (marked in red) are filled in correctly. Note that providing incorrect or incomplete information will invalidate the entry.
What are the prizes and the total prize pool amount?
There are 5 family passes to the film Bookworm to be won. Each winner will receive one family pass, and the total prize pool comprises these 5 family passes. Each winner must not have won a prize from SWITCH within the last 28 days. There is only one entry allowed per person and one winner per household.
