When can they enter the competition?They can enter the competition between 5 pm on 25th July 2023 (AEST) and 11:59 pm on 30th July 2023 (AEST).
How can they enter the competition?To enter the competition, individuals must complete the form on https://darlingharbour.com/competitions/sydney-international-boat-show-competition during the promotional period. Only one eligible entry per person, per method of entry, will be accepted during the promotional period.
What is the prize?There will be five prizes for winning the competition, each consisting of a double pass to the Sydney International Boat Show. Only one prize maximum will be awarded to an entrant.
What is the total worth of the prize?The total retail value of all prizes is AUD$295. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. In the case the prize is unavailable, PLACE MANAGEMENT NSW reserves the right to substitute the prize to one of equal or greater value.
How will the winner be contacted?The winners will be contacted via email by PLACE MANAGEMENT NSW / DARLING HARBOUR within twenty-four (24) hours of the draw taking place. The winner must acknowledge and respond to the email within one (1) day of receiving the message. If the winner does not respond within one day or cannot be contacted after all reasonable attempts, they forfeit the prize.
What happens if a winner forfeits the prize?If a winner forfeits the prize, PLACE MANAGEMENT NSW will not be obliged to substitute the prize. They will hold the prize for a total of one day from the time of drawing the winner, and then a reserve entry will be deemed a winner.
What is the privacy policy?PLACE MANAGEMENT NSW will collect and use personal information in accordance with the PLACE MANAGEMENT NSW Privacy Policy to conduct the competition, contact winners and reserve winners, notify entrants of upcoming events and future competitions, and share personal information with third parties where necessary to facilitate distributing the prize and conducting the competition. There is no legal requirement to provide personal information, but failing to provide it may mean the individual will not be able to participate in the competition.
