How can one enter the competition?

1. Submit a response in 25 words or less explaining your favorite M&M’s flavor and why.
2. Provide your contact details.
3. Tick the consent box to receive marketing communications from the promoter.
Each participant can enter up to two times per day during the promotional period.
What are the prizes and their details?
There are five prizes available, each including:
- A pair of limited-edition M&M’s x Kate Spade earrings (valued at AUD $119).
- Three 180g pouches of M&M’s (valued at AUD $6 each).
What is the total prize pool value?
The total prize pool is valued at AUD $685 (including GST).
How are winners chosen?
This is a game of skill. Winners will be selected based on the creativity of their responses, judged by a panel on 6 December 2024 in Melbourne.
When and how will winners be notified?
Winners will be notified via email within two business days of judging. Instructions for claiming the prize, including providing a delivery address, will be included in the notification.
How and when will prizes be delivered?
Prizes will be sent via Express Post to the winner's Australian residential address (not a PO Box) within 28 days of notification. Winners will receive tracking details.
What happens if prizes are not claimed?
Prizes must be claimed by 12:00 AM AEDT on 16 December 2024. If a prize is unclaimed, an alternative winner will be selected and notified by 20 December 2024.
Are prizes transferable or exchangeable?
No, prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Winners cannot alter any part of the prize.
