How are winners selected and notified?
Winners will be selected by random draw from eligible entries received by the closing date. The draw will take place at 11:00 am on Monday, March 18th, 2024. Winners will be notified via email and directed to the closest Haigh’s store for prize collection.
What happens if a prize is unclaimed?
If a prize is unclaimed or the winner cannot satisfy the terms and conditions, a second chance draw will take place at 10:00 am on Tuesday, March 19th, 2024. All eligible entrants will be entered into the second chance draw.
Are there any additional terms and conditions?
Participants must provide their email address to sign up for Haigh’s Chocolates e-News. Winners may be required to sign a legal release. Any attempt to resell or auction the prize will result in cancellation. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition. Entrants consent to the use of their name for promotional purposes.
Is there anything else I need to know?
The promoter collects personal information for the purpose of the competition and prize distribution. Participants can change their contact preferences at any time.
