2. Complete the entry form with the required details, including first name, last name, street, suburb, state/territory, postcode, phone, and email.
What are the prizes and the total prize pool amount?
Each of the five winners will receive one double pass to see the movie Ezra. The total prize pool consists of 5 double passes. By entering, participants agree to receive occasional emails from SWITCH. If participants unsubscribe from these updates, any further entries will not be applicable.
