WHO CAN ENTER?

Entrants must be at least 15 years of age and if under 18 years of age, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 years of age or over while taking the prize.
Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information about themselves. All entries of entrants who are under the age of 18 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid. These Terms of Entry will bind the entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for entrants aged under 18 years). If the winner is aged under 18 years, prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the winner registering in the promotion on behalf of the winner, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany the winner for the duration of the prize (if applicable).

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion begins at 9:00am (AEDT) on Monday 21 December 2015.
Entries into the promotion close at 5:00pm (AEDT) on Tuesday 6 January 2016.
HOW TO ENTER:
During the Promotion Period entrants will be invited via Station on-air announcements to visit the Station Website and fully complete the online entry form in the manner required, including by;
a) providing their full name, mobile telephone number, current and valid email address, age, state; and
b) answering in 25 words or less: “Tell us why you want to take the family to Water Wonderland” (Answer).
Each valid entry received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) in accordance with the Judging details below.
The Judges will select the five (5) entries they deem to be the “best” (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries received within the Promotion Period and award each of those entrants one (1) prize.
PRIZES:
There are up to five (5) prizes to be won, each comprising of:
a) One (1) family pass to Water Wonderland during the 2015 season, valued at up to $100.
Tickets are valid for the date or period as indicated on the tickets. Tickets are subject to the conditions stipulated by the provider of the tickets.
The Promoter will not be liable and takes no responsibility for any refusal of entry by the venue of any person for any reason.
