HOW TO ENTER
The competition period commences at 11:00am AEDT on 01/12/21 and ends at 11:59 pm AEDT on 22/12/21 (competition period), and Hisense reserves the right to extend the competition end date at any time (subject to regulatory approval, if required).
Complete the competition online entry form (https://hisense.com.au/Disney-Launch-Promotion) and provide Hisense Australia Pty Ltd with their personal details, including: First Name / Last Name / Email Address / Phone Number / State. You will then need to accept the Terms and Conditions in order to enter.
The competition will be advertised on the Hisense website, Hisense Facebook page, Hisense Instagram, Hisense email and partner channels, and will include a link or instructions to the competition landing page.
No late entries will be accepted.
Once the entrant has completed the entry form, the entrant may choose to complete an additional survey to receive (10) ten bonus entries into the competition. Following completion, the entrant will be eligible for (11) eleven entries into the promotion.
A maximum of (11) eleven entries per person will be accepted into the competition.
SELECTION OF WINNER
Five (5) major winners will be chosen by random draw which will take place at 11:00am AEDT on 23/12/21 at Greenroom Digital, 343 Ferrars Street, South Melbourne, VIC, 3205.
The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone on the day of the draw.
The results of the draw will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the results of the draw. This is a game of chance.

UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
If the winner does not respond within 3 months of being notified by Hisense that they have won the competition, or if the winner is not readily identified and reasonable efforts have been made by Hisense to identify the winner was unsuccessful, they will automatically forfeit their prize and Hisense reserves the right to select another winner through a second chance draw.
If necessary, an unclaimed prize draw will be held on 23/03/22 at the same time and place as the first draw. The first valid entry or entries drawn will win any unclaimed prizes. The unclaimed prize draw winner will be notified by email and/or telephone on the day of the draw.
The results of any unclaimed prize draw will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the results of the draw.

PROMOTION AND MARKETING
By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Hisense may require without remuneration.
For the purpose of this promotion and further marketing, the winner also consents to the use and publication of their name and any other details provided by the winner in any marketing material without any further reference or payment to the winner.
PRIZE
Five (5) winners will respectively receive one (1) Hisense TV and Disney+ Subscription valued at $1,618.99, specifically:
Hisense 2021 65” UHD 4K Series 17G Television RRP AUD $1,499.00
12-month Disney+ Subscription RRP AUD $119.99.
Total prize pool at AUD $8,094.95 (inclusive of GST) as at the publishing date of these terms and conditions.
No part of a prize is exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other prize. Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering or winning the competition.
Prizes are subject to conditions imposed by the Disney+. No part of a prize is exchangeable or redeemable if such conditions are not satisfied or any alteration by Disney+ on the Disney+ Subscription RRP.
If the prizes are not available for any reason, Hisense reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value if the winner agrees in writing and subject to any written directions from any applicable regulatory authority. If the winner does not agree despite reasonable attempts by Hisense to reach an agreement and the prize is not available due to circumstances beyond Hisense’s control, Hisense may substitute the prize with another item or items determined by Hisense to be of equal or higher value.
The Winner will be responsible for any fees for rearrangement of the delivery and installation.
REDEMPTION PROCESS (Disney+ Subscription)
Each eligible Winner of a Disney+ subscription prize, will receive a unique Disney+ redemption code in the form of a url link, which entitles them to a Disney+ subscription (“Code”). The Code will be sent to the Winner’s nominated email address by the Promoter.
The Code must be redeemed by a Winner, by the “redemption date” of or the Code will thereafter expire and there will be no replacement Code provided, after the Code expires.
To redeem the Code, the Winner will need to click the url link which they have received by email, which will take them to the Disney+ sign-up page.
As a condition of accessing and subscribing to Disney+, a Winner must:
be a new Disney+ subscriber;
be resident of the country in which the Promotion is being offered;
be aged 18 years or older;
provide eligible payment details for automatic renewal payments after the initial subscription period has expired; and
create a Disney+ account with a valid email address and accept the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement, Privacy Policy and Collection Statement (available at: www.disneyplus.com).
Subscribers may cancel their Disney+ subscription at any time prior to expiry and still have access to Disney+ until the end of their initial subscription period.
Subscription to Disney+ requires a compatible device and internet connection. Data charges may apply.
Codes are not redeemable for cash or any other goods or services and cannot be sold or transferred, or exchanged or credited towards purchase of other subscriptions.
If a Promotion entrant does not meet the above Disney+ subscription requirements, they will be ineligible to win the Code as a Promotion prize.

STANDARD TERMS
Please read these competition terms and conditions carefully. If you enter the competition, we will assume that you meet the entry eligibility requirements and have read these terms and conditions and that you agree to them.
Hisense reserves the right to disqualify any entrants if Hisense reasonably suspect the entrant has any unlawful or improper conduct. Such improper conduct can include: infringing a third party’s intellectual property rights; or a breach of the competition terms and conditions.
Hisense reserves the right to amend the competition and its terms and conditions at any time and for any reason, subject to regulatory approval (if required) and will notify entrants of any such amendments as soon as reasonably practicable on the competition landing page at Hisense. It is the entrant’s responsibility to regularly check the competition landing page for any amendments. Any amendments will be applied and interpreted at the sole discretion of Hisense.
If the competition is not capable of running as planned including by reason of technical failure, fraud or any cause beyond Hisense’s control, Hisense may cancel or suspend the competition or invalidate any affected entries, to the extent permitted by law.
Hisense does not accept responsibility for any entries that are delayed or which are not received for any reason during the competition period.
To the extent permitted by law, Hisense shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the conduct of the competition or the redemption or use of the prize (including but not limited to direct loss) including:
technical or telecommunications problems (such as security breaches, technical website malfunctions or glitches); or
acts or omissions (including negligent acts of omissions) of Hisense’s servants or agents involved in the conduct of this competition who are acting outside their authority as agent of Hisense.
