WHO CAN ENTER?

To be eligible to enter you must:
Reside in Australia.
Be of 18 years of age or older.
Employees of Boost Mobile, their immediate families and any agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER
The competition period commences at 9:00am AEDT on 14/12/21 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 18/01/22 (competition period), and Boost Mobile reserves the right to extend the competition end date at any time (subject to regulatory approval, if required).
Complete the competition online entry form (https://boost.com.au/win) and complete all required fields - providing Boost Mobile with personal details, including: First Name / Last Name / Email Address / Phone Number / Post Code / and who their current mobile service provider is. Entrants will then need to accept the Terms and Conditions and Boost Mobile’s Privacy Policy in order to enter the competition.
The competition will be advertised on the Boost Mobile website, Boost Mobile Facebook and Instagram page, Boost Mobile email, across promotional marketing, and partnership channels, including but not limited to brand ambassadors and will include a link or instructions to the competition page.
No late entries will be accepted.
Once the entrant has completed the entry form, the entrant may choose to complete an additional survey to receive (10) ten bonus entries into the competition. Following completion, the entrant will be eligible for (11) eleven entries into the promotion.
A maximum of (11) eleven entries per person will be accepted into the competition.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
Five (5) winners, will be chosen by random draw which will take place from 10:00am AEDT on 19/01/22 at Boost Mobile, 5 Lime Street, Sydney, NSW 2000.
The winners will be notified by email or telephone on the day of the draw.
The results of the draw will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the results of the draw. This is a game of chance.
Major and minor prize winners will be published on or before 25/01/22 at https://bst.st/tc.
UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
If the winner(s) does not respond by the 19/04/22 after being notified by Boost Mobile that they have won the competition, or if the winner is not readily identified and reasonable efforts have been made by Boost Mobile to identify the winner was unsuccessful, they will automatically forfeit their prize and Boost Mobile reserves the right to select another winner through a second chance draw.
If necessary, an unclaimed prize draw will be held 20/04/22 at the same time and place as the first draw. The first valid entry or entries drawn will win any unclaimed prizes. The unclaimed prize draw winner will be notified by telephone and email and published at https://bst.st/tc on the day of the draw.
The results of any unclaimed prize draw will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the results of the draw.
PROMOTION AND MARKETING
By entering the competition, the winner(s) agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Boost Mobile may require without remuneration, including photography and video content. They may also be required to supply photographs and written testimonials of their experience with the product for marketing purposes. You agree:
to exclusively assign any and all rights and title you may have in such Material (including any copyright) to the Promoter, which assignment shall be royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable and entitle the Promoter to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, broadcast and display such Material for any purpose whatsoever, including commercial purposes, in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability; and in addition you:
agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use of the Material by the Promoter; and
Warrant that you own all rights in the Material and have the full authority to grant the rights set out in this clause and that your use, and the use by the Promoter, of the Material will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party;
The winner also consents to the use and publication of their name and any other details provided by the winner, including but not limited to likeness, image and/or voice (including any photograph, film and/or recording of you) in any marketing material without any further reference or payment to the winner.
PRIZE
Five (5) winners will each receive a pair of Impala Skates ($159) and Boost Mobile $300 recharge.
Total prize pool equals AUD $2,295 including GST as at the publishing date of these terms and conditions.
Boost Mobile provides no compensation for any additional costs incurred in relation to Major or Minor Prizes, including but not limited to travel.
No part of a prize is exchangeable, transferrable or redeemable for cash or any other prize.
If the prizes are not available for any reason, Boost Mobile reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value if the winner agrees in writing and subject to any written directions from any applicable regulatory authority. If the winner does not agree despite reasonable attempts by Boost Mobile to reach an agreement and the prize is not available due to circumstances beyond Boost Mobile’s control, Boost Mobile may substitute the prize with another item or items determined by Boost Mobile to be of equal or higher value.
Prize brand, model and details, including but not limited to colour and year, may vary from collateral and imagery and are subject to availability from provider at time of prize draw.
Boost Mobile will take reasonable steps to distribute the prizes to winners within 90 days, however takes no responsibility for prizes delivered after this date.
STANDARD TERMS
Please read these competition terms and conditions carefully. If you enter the competition, we will assume that you have read these terms and conditions and that you agree to them.
Boost Mobile reserves the right to amend the competition and its terms and conditions at any time and for any reason, subject to regulatory approval (if required) and will notify entrants of any such amendments as soon as reasonably practicable on the competition landing page at Boost Mobile. It is the entrant's responsibility to regularly check the competition landing page for any amendments. Any amendments will be applied and interpreted at the sole discretion of Boost Mobile.
If the competition is not capable of running as planned including by reason of technical failure, fraud or any cause beyond Boost Mobile’s control, Boost Mobile may cancel or suspend the competition or invalidate any affected entries, to the extent permitted by law.
Boost Mobile does not accept responsibility for any entries that are delayed or which are not received for any reason during the competition period.
To the extent permitted by law, Boost Mobile shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the conduct of the competition or the redemption or use of the prize (including but not limited to direct loss) including:
technical or telecommunications problems (such as security breaches, technical website malfunctions or glitches); or
acts or omissions (including negligent acts of omissions) of Boost Mobile’s servants or agents involved in the conduct of this competition who are acting outside their authority as agent of Boost Mobile; or
Indirect, economic or consequential loss; or
Liability for personal injury or death.

Boost Mobile collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to subsidiary and related companies, third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and any company with whom we are running the competition.
By participating in this competition, entrants release and hold harmless Facebook from any and all liability associated with this competition, to the extent permitted by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law).
Boost Mobile and entrants acknowledge that this competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
Entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to Boost Mobile and not to Facebook.
Boost Mobile is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings, including fringe benefits tax. Independent financial advice should be sought.
The laws of New South Wales apply to this competition. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the laws of New South Wales.
