(b) Cars will be registered in 2014 and all warranty will start from the day that the cars are registered.
(c) There is a chance that the car may be 2013 plated. Car is not available for upgrade.
(d) Prize will be awarded at winner’s nearest dealership, or in the event a Proton dealership is not within a reasonable distance (as agreed upon by both the Winner and the Promoter), the prize will be delivered to the winner.
(e) The prize includes on-road statutory and government charges relevant to the winner’s state and one year’s registration.
(f) The prize excludes any additional accessories and all other costs are to be borne by the winner.
(g) Colour specification and model variant of the car are NON NEGOTIABLE
(h) In the event a drawn entry is deemed invalid, the next valid entry will win.
(i) Prize is unable to be transferred, exchanged or taken as cash. In any event the prize is unavailable; the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize of the same or greater value.
(j) The Prize is unable to be sold within 12 (twelve) months of winning the competition.
