How to Enter:During the Promotional Period from 08/09/2023 at 12:00 AM to 31/10/2023 at 11:59 PM, Eligible Entrants can participate by booking a ticket to and attending any official event during Sony's Scene Festival. If booked through Sony's Scene platform, entry is automatic. For bookings made on external platforms like Eventbrite Australia, Entrants must complete the online entry form at https://cloud.marketing.sony.com.au/scene-festival-comp. Entries are verified against event check-in records. Entrants consent to receive promotional messages from the Promoter.
Number of Entries Permitted:Each confirmed ticket booking allows for one entry.
Open, Close, Draw, and Publish Dates:The competition begins on 08/09/2023 at 12:00 AM and ends on 31/10/2023 at 11:59 PM. All times are local times based on the Promoter's location. If a draw date coincides with a public holiday, it will occur on the next business day. The winners will be drawn on 15/11/2023 at 11:00 AM at Permitz Group, and notified within two business days by email. Their names will also be published on 17/11/2023 at https://cloud.marketing.sony.com.au/scene-festival-comp for 28 days. Prizes will be sent within 28 days of the draw. Additional draws may occur on 15/02/2024 to distribute unclaimed prizes, and winners will be notified via email and published on the same website for 28 days.
Prize on Offer:The total prize pool is up to $35,000 (Including GST) as of 9/08/2023. There will be five winners, each receiving a ticket to a 7-day organized trip to Paris, France, hosted by Sony. The prize package includes:
- Return economy flight from Sydney, Australia to Paris, France (valued at $2500)
- 6 nights accommodation at minimum 3-star hotel in Paris, France (with breakfast) (valued at $2400)
- Meals (lunch & dinner) for each day in Paris, France (valued at $650)
- Photography & videography-based activities each day in Paris, France (valued at $850)
- Hotel transfers (Paris, France only) (valued at $200)
- Airport transfers (to and from Sydney Airport) & one-night’s (minimum 3-star) accommodation for interstate/international winners (valued at $400)
- Total value per person: $7000
Note: Winners must be available to travel in March 2024 on dates provided by the Promoter.Winners are responsible for other expenses including passports, visas, meals, spending money, transport, transfers, activities, travel insurance, and more. The Promoter is not liable for any travel-related risks. Travel restrictions & blackout dates apply. Prizes must coincide with event or attraction times. Travel insurance is not included but is recommended.
