Win 1 of 5 Uncharted Prize Packs Supanova

Competition opens 10:00am AEST, Monday, 7 February 2022 and closes 11:59pm AEST, Sunday, 13 February 2022 (“the Promotion Period”).
Entry is open to Australian residents only, aged 15 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of Supanova Pop Culture Industries Pty LTD, Sony Pictures Releasing, and associated agencies and companies connected with this competition are ineligible to enter.
If a winner is under 18, they must have permission from their parent or guardian to enter the competition and receive the prize.
There are five (5) prize packs to giveaway;
a) Each prize pack contains: 1 x Uncharted T-shirt, 1 x Uncharted cap, 1 x Uncharted leather journal, 1x Uncharted Sic Parvis Necklace, and 1 x Admit 2 Uncharted in-season cinema pass.
b) Each prize pack is valued at $132.95 (total prize pool valued at $664.75).
c) The Admit 2 Uncharted in-season cinema pass is valid for one redemption only during the theatrical season. Additional conditions will apply and will be stipulated on the pass. Film release dates are subject to change please check respective cinema websites for the latest release information.
d) Prizes are not transferable for cash.
This promotion is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
Entries must be submitted within the Promotion Period and include a creative answer in 25 words or less to “Tell us an ‘Uncharted’ destination you’d like to visit and why!”, first and last names, age, a valid email address, valid postal address, and phone number.
One entry per person. Multiple entries will not be considered.
Winners will be selected after 9:00am AEST Monday, 14 February 2022 and notified through the email address provided.
Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
The judges’ decision is FINAL and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners’ entry details, including name and postal address may be given to the Distributor (Sony Pictures Releasing) and/or their agencies to facilitate prize dispatch.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
Winners are responsible for their own travel to and from the cinema they choose to attend with their Admit 2 in-season cinema pass.
In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable, a substitute prize of equal value may be offered at the discretion of the Promoter and Distributor.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
f) use of a prize.
