Entry Period Opens: 11:00am Monday 14 September 2020 (AEST).
Closes: 11:59pm on Sunday 27 September 2020 (AEST).
Entrants Entry is open to all Australian residents born in 1970.
Employees of the Promoter and its franchisees and their associated companies are
excluded.
The immediate family members of employees of the Promoter and its franchisees and their
associated companies are also excluded.
Limit One (1) entry per Entrant , per Entry Period.
Entry 1. To enter, an Entrant must during the Entry Period complete all fields into a webform on
the www.pizzahut.com.au website, including a field which requires a unique and
creative response to a specific question.
2. Following expiry of the Entry Period, all submissions will be reviewed and 50 winners
will be chosen based on their unique and creative responses (‘Winning Entrants’)
3. The Winning Entrants must be able to prove that they were born in 1970, that they are
a current Australian citizen or resident and have an active Australian bank account.
4. The Winning Entrants will be contacted by representatives of the Promoter, via the
email address they provided at the time of entering the Competition, to obtain proof of
age , evidence of their current citizenship or residency in Australia and their Australian
bank account details,. The Promoter will not be liable for any mistakes in the completion
of the webform at the time of entry.
5. The Winning Entrants have seven (7) days after being contacted to provide their proof
of age, evidence of citizenship or residency and Australian Bank details..
6. The Winning Entrants’ First Names and Last Initials will be posted on the on the relevant
competition page of the www.pizzahut.com.au website between 6 October 2020 – 16
October 2020.
7. A indiviudal $1,000 prize cannot be claimed by anyone else on behalf of the Winning
Entrant.
Prize 50 Individual Prizes to be transferred by the Promoter to 50 individual Winning Entrants,
subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Total Prize Value $50,000
Prize Determination Upon the Promoter selecting the Winning Entrants based on their responses and provided
a Winning Entrant is aged 50 and has provided evidence of their citizenship or residency
status and details of their Australian bank account, the Prize will be provided to that Winning
Entrant by electronic funds transfer into their designated Australian bank account.
Prize Conditions Individual Prizes will be paid into the Winning Entrant’s nominated Australian bank account.
Claim Period Within seven (7) days of the Winning Entrants receiving an email from
representatives of the Promoter, the Winning Entrants must have
supplied proof of age, evidence of citizenship or residency and details
of their Australian bank account. .
Unclaimed Prize
Determination
If any Individual Prize is unclaimed, then that Individual Prize will be forfeited.
