How can one enter?To enter, visit the Optus competition entry page during the Competition Period, fill out the online entry form with the requested details, and agree to the terms and conditions. Make sure all information matches the details associated with your Optus account.
What is the total prize pool?The total prize pool is $50,000, to be shared among 50 winners.
What can you win?Each of the 50 winners will receive a Visa e-gift card valued at $1,000. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Visa e-gift card are not included. The Visa e-gift card is subject to terms and conditions specified by the issuer.
How can you boost your chances of winning?Adding an eligible product to your account from Optus's EOFY deals will earn you 10 bonus entries. Eligible EOFY deals include:

How many entries can you have?You can have a maximum of 11 entries – one entry from the initial competition entry form and ten bonus entries for each Bonus Entry Purchase.
How and when will the winners be notified?Winners will be notified by email within 5 business days of the draw. Their names and state/territory will be published on the Optus website on 08/07/2024 for 28 days. Unclaimed prizes will be published on 30/08/2024.
How are the winners chosen?Winners will be selected through a random draw at 12pm (AEST) on 05/07/2024 at Gadens Lawyers, Melbourne. The first 50 valid entries drawn will win. Additional reserve entries will be drawn in case of invalid or unclaimed entries.
Can you receive bonus entries?Yes, by purchasing eligible EOFY products marked with an EOFY badge via your Optus account, you earn 10 bonus entries. Only the first Bonus Entry Purchase qualifies for bonus entries.
Are there any restrictions on prize redemption?Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Winners must take prizes as specified or forfeit them. Any additional costs related to the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
How will the prize be delivered?Prizes will be delivered via email as Visa e-gift cards. All entries must be valid, and the Promoter is not responsible for incorrectly entered details or misplaced entries.
What if you have a dispute or need support?The Promoter’s decision is final. If disputes arise, the Promoter will consider your point of view fairly. For more details, see the ACCC's website regarding consumer rights.
