HOW TO ENTER:
During the Competition Period, entrants must:

(b) fully complete and submit the online entry form, including by providing their full name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, Maybelline Dream Wonder Foundation shade preference and any additional information as required by the Promoter.
PRIZES:
There are 500 prizes to be won.
Each prize is a 20ml Maybelline Dream Wonder Foundation (shade requested is subject to availability) valued at $21.95 (inc GST).
The total prize pool is valued at $10,975 (inc GST).
