(each, an Entry).
The Winners will each receive one (1) activities prize in Canberra, ACT for the Winner and their Guest(s) (if any), during either the period 26/10/2012 to 28/10/2012 (inclusive) or the period 15/2/2013 to 17/2/2013 (inclusive) as selected by the Entrant on the Questionnaire and confirmed by the Promoter valued at up to $1,160.00 each (Prize). The Prize comprises of the following elements for the Winner and their Guest(s):
a. two (2) nights accommodation including breakfast (twin share) (or similar);
b. two (2) days of organised activities arranged by the Promoter (Activities). The Promoter will provide Winners with an itinerary setting out all activity details prior to the Winners taking the Prize;
c. main meals are included in the itinerary and will be confirmed prior to the Winners taking the Prize;
d. one (1) adult return economy airfares for the Winner and each of their Guest(s) (if any) to Canberra, ACT from the Australian capital city airport closest to the ordinary residential address of the winner (inclusive of airfare related taxes and charges). If the winner’s residential address is in NSW this component of the Travel Prize is forfeited and the winner will instead receive a $75 travel reimbursement transferred into the Winner’s nominated
account within thirty (30) days after the Event.
Total maximum Prize pool value is $580,175.00.
