Competition period:
The competition commences on 18 January 2020 and closes at 11:59 pm on 17 April 2020. All references to times are to Queensland time.
How to enter:
There is no charge for entering this competition and no purchase is necessary to enter or redeem prizes.
To enter the competition, Entrants must go to the competition website via the URL http://www.hldy.co/Win and follow the prompts to register their details including first name, surname, telephone numbers and email address. To enter the competition Entrants must also complete a short survey to gather demographic, lifestyle and product-related information relating to a varying range of goods and services.
All Entrants who register their details and complete the survey during the competition will receive one entry in the draw to win one (1) of a choice of the cruise holiday packages for two adults. See Prize Details below for details of the cruise prize options provided in this competition.
Entrants will have the opportunity to receive additional entries by sending information about the competition to their friends using the functionality provided on the website. For each friend Entrants refers who enters the contest the Entrant will receive one further entry in the competition.
Eligibility:
Entrants must be 21 years of age or over and an Australian or New Zealand resident to be eligible to enter this competition.
Entrants are not eligible to enter this competition if they are an employee, or an immediate family member of the Promoter, Our Vacation Centre or any Designated Promotional Partner, their affiliated companies or their related bodies corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act). For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions the Designated Promotional Partner is the entity, contracted with the Promoter as a Promotional Partner, and provided with a unique website URL for the purpose of this competition through which the Entrant participates in this competition.

The prize winner must confirm with the Promoter that they can travel on the dates stipulated for the chosen cruise prize by 22 May 2020 to allow time for the Promoter to arrange the booking of the Winner’s prize.
The recommended retail prices (RRP) of prize choices are current as at 6 January 2020. Each prize is capacity controlled based on space available on 6 January 2020. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value and not redeemable for cash. The prize does not include any cost of transportation to and from vessel or accommodation, or any incidental expenses.
Winners are responsible for all appropriate documentation required to board vessel and port visits, such as valid passports, visas and insurance, or any additional expenditure not specifically mentioned in the Competition Terms and Conditions.

The actual odds of winning the major prize draw will depend on the number of Entrants in the competition for the major prize draw.
The total prize pool is a minimum of AUD$2,398 and a maximum of AUD$4,992.
Draw information:
The draw for the major prize will take place at the offices of the Promoter at 58 Kingston Drive, Gaven, Queensland 4212 at 12 pm on 22 April 2020 via a random manual drawing process. The Winner will be notified by telephone within 24 hours of the draw and in writing and the winner will be published on www.cruisemegastore.com.au and www.discover365.com.au within 7 days after notifying the winner of the major prize draw.
If the Major Prize is unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 12pm at 58 Kingston Drive, Gaven, QLD, 4212, 30 days after the original draw date, and the Winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone within 24 hours of the draw and in writing and the winner will be published on www.cruisemegastore.com.au and www.discover365.com.au within 7 days after notifying the winner.
